Setting the ncoord attribute of obs_f.

Properties of obs_f are typically set in user-supplied function py__init_dim_obs_pdaf.

disttype gives the coordinate dimension of the observation.

Parameters:

• i_obs (int) – index of observations

• ncoord (int) – Dimension of the observation coordinate
