pyPDAF.PDAF.omi_set_ncoord()

This function sets the ncoord attribute of obs_f typically used in user-supplied function py__init_dim_obs_pdaf. This is the dimension of coordinates of the observation.

Parameters:

• i_obs (int) – index of observations

• ncoord (int) – Dimension of the observation coordinate
