Generation of a random matrix with orthogonal basis following SEIK approach.
- Parameters:
omega (ndarray[tuple[rank+1, rank], np.float64]) –
Matrix Omega
The1st-th dimension rank is Approximated rank of covar matrix;
omegatype (int) –
- Select type of Omega:
(1) generated from random vectors (0) generated from deterministic vectors (Householder)
screen (int) – Verbosity flag
- Returns:
omega – Matrix Omega
The 1st-th dimension rank is Approximated rank of covar matrix
- Return type:
ndarray[tuple[rank+1, rank], np.float64]
